Leadership Teaching Philosophy

Living a life of joy and abundance is first and foremost in my life.  As a CEO, and transformational coach being a strong example as a technology founder is of utmost importance.   As a teacher Dr. Gillard believes in using social reconstructionism philosophy as a tool to solve economic problems around the world. Social reconstructionist reason that, many leaders are the product of schools and therefore schools should provide a curriculum that fosters their development. Reconstructionists not only aim to educate a generation of problem solvers, but also try to identify and correct any noteworthy social problems that face our world, with diverse targets including pollution, homelessness, poverty, and education.
