Dr. Gillard has been a leader ever since she can remember. Being a team leader at 17 years old for Vector Marketing started her journey.  Dr. Gillard is passionate about Technology with a prolific business background. She has a Masters and a Doctorate from Brandman University in Organizational Leadership. As a solution creator for many of the nation’s most respected federal and state governments, nonprofits, hospitals, prime contractors, and credit unions Dr. Gillard has designed million-dollar solutions and implemented them all over the world. During the last decade, she has advised the: DOD, FDA, EPA, USDA, Census Bureau, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Reserve Banks, and the US Department of Labor. As a Government Account Manager, her job was to give the best customer service along with helping clients realize the best solutions in technology. Dr. Gillard has worked with Retopia 3D for six years as the CEO and recently consulted for a legal firm. She has achieved a dramatic expansion of our customer bases by establishing honest friendships with clients over the past 17 years. Working in software implementations, startups and Fortune 100 companies like Verizon Wireless has taught her about running a transformational company with systems thinking.

Dr. Gillard is looking for a new career using her skills in leadership, writing, sales, and teaching.
